How does the setup work? Is it secure?+

It's very simple. For email, you set up a forwarding rule and give us 'Send As' permission (or delegate access). We use encrypted password managers (1Password) to access social accounts securely. We never ask for your root password if delegation is available. Setup takes less than 15 minutes.

Is this AI or a real human?+

We are 100% human-powered. We use AI internally to sort and prioritize messages, but a real, native English-speaking human writes and sends every single reply. This ensures your customers never get a robotic "hallucinated" answer.

How do you learn my voice/tone?+

During onboarding, we analyze your last 50 sent emails. We build a "Voice Profile" that documents your greeting style, signature, common phrases, and tone (e.g., casual vs. formal). You approve this profile before we send a single message.

What if I don't like a reply you sent?+

It happens! We have a "Feedback Loop" system. If you see a reply you would have phrased differently, you forward it to your account manager. We update your Voice Profile immediately so we don't make the same mistake twice.

Do you handle weekends and holidays?+

Our Standard and Professional plans cover Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST. If you need weekend support, you can purchase the "Weekend Coverage" add-on or subscribe to the Business plan, which includes 24/7 coverage.

Can you handle complex technical support questions?+

We excel at general inquiries, sales, scheduling, and basic support (L1). For deep technical issues (L2/L3), we can draft a reply for your approval or flag the email for you to handle personally. We act as a filter so you only see the hard stuff.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

What counts as a "Conversation"?+

We count the outcome, not the typing. A "Conversation" is one full interaction with a single person—whether it takes 2 messages or 20 messages to close them. You are paying for leads managed, not words typed.

What happens if I go over my message limit?+

We won't stop replying! If you exceed your limit, we charge a simple overage fee of $3 per message. We will notify you via email when you reach 80% and 100% of your plan's capacity so there are no surprises.

Can I use this for my personal email?+

Yes, many founders use us for their personal inboxes to handle scheduling, networking requests, and administrative tasks. We treat personal data with strict confidentiality and sign an NDA upon request.
